Dai 1: The Leap

Updated: Nov 21, 2025

Yesterday, I quit my job.

No backup plan. No next step waiting in line. Just me, standing in the space between what was and what’s next.

Today is Day One.

It feels strange and beautiful all at once. Like I’m floating, but somehow grounded. Like I’m blowing with the wind, but finally in the right direction.

For years, I followed routines and expectations that didn’t quite fit. I learned, I grew, I gave it everything I had. But deep down, I knew I was meant for something more aligned …something that felt like me.

So I walked away.

I don’t have a map or a plan B. What I do have is faith …in myself, in timing, in this pull toward something bigger. It’s scary, but it’s also the most alive I’ve ever felt.

If you know me, you know I move with feeling. I’m spontaneous. I follow sparks. I trust the way a moment makes my heart race. That instinct has always been my compass, and this time it’s pointing me here, toward freedom, purpose, and fearless living.

Maybe you’re standing on the edge of your own Day One. Unsure, excited, terrified, hopeful. If you are, you’re not alone. Sometimes, the best plan is no plan. Sometimes, it’s enough just to leap and trust that the wind knows where to take you.

This is me choosing happiness. Choosing to grow, to create, to live fearlessly.

Here’s to Day One, and to whatever beautiful, unexpected places it leads.
